Consent to Data Processing for Analytics

1. Operator and purpose

By choosing to allow analytics, acting freely and in my own interest, I consent to SAN PORTO LLC (ООО «САН ПОРТО»), INN 7730285464, OGRN 1227700519694, address: 35 Kutuzovsky Prospekt, floor 1, premises XXIX, room 2, Moscow, 121165, Russia processing the information below to assess visits to sanporto.com, understand use of its pages and improve its content and usability. This consent does not cover advertising, mailing lists or the contents of my enquiry.

2. Information covered

IP address, browser cookie identifiers, browser, device and operating system information, visit times and technical characteristics, pages viewed and referral source. The integration uses URLs without query parameters or fragments. Form contents, enquiry contact details, UserID and arbitrary user parameters are not transmitted. Session Replay, click maps and link tracking are disabled; forms are excluded from analytics.

3. Service and processing

Analytics uses Yandex Metrica, counter 101434061, with processing entrusted to Yandex LLC, 16 Lva Tolstogo Street, Moscow, 119021, Russia. For this purpose, processing includes collecting, recording, organising, storing, using and analysing technical information, providing it to the service, restricting and deleting it. This consent does not permit public disclosure of my personal data.

4. Duration and controls

This consent applies within the stated purpose and may be withdrawn at any time. The choice is recognised on this device for up to 180 days, after which the site requests a new decision. Individual cookie periods differ; see the Cookie Policy. The browser preference period does not mean all service information is retained for exactly 180 days.

To withdraw, open “Cookie settings” in the footer and decline analytics, or contact info@sanporto.com. Further collection on the website then stops. Requests about previously processed information are considered separately; deletion is performed where applicable and within legal periods.

5. Voluntary choice

I may decline analytics and continue using the website. Declining does not affect submitting a business enquiry or replace the separate enquiry consent. Google reCAPTCHA verification when submitting the form protects the enquiry and does not enable Yandex Metrica. Silence, scrolling and continued browsing are not treated as analytics permission.
