Personal Data Consent for an Enquiry

1. Operator and purpose

Acting freely and in my own interest, I consent to SAN PORTO LLC (ООО «САН ПОРТО»), INN 7730285464, OGRN 1227700519694, address: 35 Kutuzovsky Prospekt, floor 1, premises XXIX, room 2, Moscow, 121165, Russia processing the personal data I voluntarily provide in my enquiry to consider my proposal, respond, discuss licensing or partnerships and conduct related negotiations.

2. Information covered

My name and reply email are required; a phone number is optional. The selected project and topic, message, separate consent statement, consent version and document URL are also submitted, along with ordinary subsequent correspondence information. I may voluntarily include relevant company and role information in the message. Receiving and protecting the enquiry involves technical web-request and Google reCAPTCHA verification information, including IP address, browser information and service identifiers. Special categories, biometrics, passport details and payment information are not requested for this purpose.

3. How the form works

The separate checkbox before submission refers specifically to consent version 2026-10-21-contact-v2. After I tick it and press Send, Google reCAPTCHA v3 runs and the form data is submitted to the SAN PORTO server. The server checks the request and forwards the enquiry through its email system to info@sanporto.com. The email contains the consent statement, its version and a link to this document; no separate server consent register is introduced.

I can correct the information or decide not to submit before pressing the button. After submission, I can contact info@sanporto.com to update it or withdraw consent. Verification service terms: Google Privacy Policy, Google Terms of Service. The published email address is an alternative to the form.

4. Processing and access

For this purpose, processing includes collecting and receiving form data, checking the request, transferring it for email delivery, recording and storing the enquiry and correspondence, organising, updating, retrieving and using it to respond and negotiate, restricting access and deleting it. Processing may be automated or manual. Access is intended for staff dealing with the enquiry and services used to operate the website, verify the form and deliver or receive email, only as necessary. This consent does not permit public disclosure, advertising mailings or use for unrelated purposes.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent relates to the period necessary to consider my enquiry and conduct related negotiations. I may withdraw it by contacting info@sanporto.com. When the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, processing based on this consent ends and information is deleted or de-identified within the applicable legal periods. Where law or a contract entered into at my request provides an independent basis for further processing, relevant information may be processed within that basis.

6. Voluntary choice and related policy

I can browse the website and use its published contact information without this consent. Enquiry consent does not permit analytics, which is controlled separately. See the Privacy and Personal Data Policy.
